Application:
THINNING
- Reduce with adjusting clear as required then thin between 100 to
150% with the recommended Signcryl thinner.
SPRAYING VISCOSITY
- 13 – 14 seconds B4 cup @ 25 deg. C.
SPRAY GUN SETUP
- Type: Conventional Air Atomised
- Fluid Tip: 1.5 – 2.0 mm
- Airpressure: 200 – 400 KPa (30 – 60 psi.)
APPLICATION
- Apply 2 – 4 single wet coats allowing 3 – 5 minutes between
coats at 25 degC.
DRY FILM THICKNESS
- Approximately 15 microns per coat.
Drying:
DRYING TIME
- Dust Free: 5 minutes Tack Free: 15 minutes
AT 25 degC - Dry to Handle: 30 minutes Hard Dry: 4 hours
- Dry Polish: 24 hours
TAPING
- Remove after 15 – 20 minutes
RETAPE / RECOAT
- 20 minutes
Cleaning and Thinning
- Use Signcryl Thinner
